First of all, we make a survey of where we are going to search, for whom and under what conditions. During the process, we give attention to the organisation as a whole, the department, the position, the job requirements, the opportunities and threats of the position, and the attractiveness of our client on the market. Does this procedure make a difference between Executive Search and Interim Management? Not really.
We know the labour market, and we inform and inspire potential candidates. How do we do that? We link their ambitions and competences to the possibilities within the client’s organisation. In the first place we rely on our insight and judgement of human nature. By means of criteria- and experience-based interviews, the verification of references and, if required, an assessment procedure, the match will become visible and convincing.
